It is not essential to kill the minions in this time frame, but getting rid of Bunferatu is a huge help by removing the blade cheat, so at least place your Feints to take him out. On round four, place your final traps and/or blades and hit before the Pact at the end of the round.
During this round, place many Feints - regular, potent, item, TC, pet, whatever. On round three, you will need to survive one Call of Khrulhu.
